• a. Even after awarding the Project & paying us for its first Milestone, Employer can:
  • i. Still cancel the Project within 3 calendar days of Award.
  • ii. Full refund would be given, minus the Payment Gateway/ Bank Transaction charges.
• b. Employer can also cancel the Project after 3 calendar days – please read FAQ Number 18.

👉🏻3. IPRs Safe

• a. We bind the Project in a Tight Tripartite Contract amongst the Employer, hired MSME / Developer & ourselves.
• b. This is to safeguard IPRs, Confidentiality and ensure successful delivery.

👉🏻4. Change Resource if not satisfied

• a. If Employer is not satisfied with the hired MSME / Developer or s/he is not able to deliver, select another MSME / developer.
• b. No additional charges applicable.

👉🏻5. Gratis Project Manager

• a. We assign a Virtual shared Project Manager, Free of Cost, to:
  • i. Facilitate engagement between Employer & the MSME / Developer.
  • ii. Ensure successful delivery of the Project to the satisfaction of the Employer.
  • iii. Ensure rightful & timely payment to the Hired software Development Company.
  • iv. Mediate in case of a dispute/ misunderstanding.
• b. Employer & MSME / Developer may also engage directly without the Project Manager, through the integrated & Free Text/ Audio/ Video chat functionality of the Platform.
